The reason we don't win those games is cause we aren't good enough. On defense there are very few players on the team this season that I would want starting next year. (If left blank I think those players should be replaced if possible). I'm assuming Carriker and Orakpo come back healthy. And yes, I didnt include Fletcher, he has slowed down a TON this season and is not the same player.

I think you are being kinda dramatic with our roster list only because we have limited cap space and no 1st round draft. I don't think we can afford to look for a replacement for Fletcher until next off season. We really need to focus on the secondary, we literally need 3 new DBs. I don't mind keeping Wilson as #2 CB next year. As for NT, I agree that we need to look for one but not on expense of spending lot of money on a FA or drafting one with our 2nd and 3rd round picks. Plus we need to find a suitor for RT, unless Shanny is satisfied with Polumbus. To sum up, I believe we need to make the secondary and RT as top 2 necessities to fix in the off season. If we want to shore up on some other positions, we will have to do it through low round picks and bargain FA players.
