Manning, and begin to realize that drafting a QB high and starting him right away would be the best course of action.

He wouldn't be able to do that because he pissed all his draft picks away. Aging old vets or to move up into a draft before he even knows who'll be on the board. He is a HUGE reason we are in the mess we are in today.
