Lets be realistic folks - he isnt the greatest coach in NFL history and he isnt the worst. He hasnt had a ton of success here or for a handful of years in Denver twards the end. He has done both good and bad here in four years imo, but he had a five year plan and I think the way Snyder has backed off since this regime took over speaks volumes about his job security for next year. But what if RG3 is never what he used to be, and the fact that we completley abandoned the Zone Read that RG3 excelled at. They are trying to make him into something he may not be able to be.

Is it a situation like with Jason Campbell where you don't bench him no matter what, even if a healthy and maybe capable Kirk Cousins is rotting on the bench? Put cousins in when they are mathematically eliminated. If the team all of a sudden comes alive maybe you have found the problem and Shanahan has some hope for 2014...
