Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
Is it the Jim Harbaugh connection? I would definitely want a coach who would continue to handle RGIII's development the right way.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
I've read that he is - if nothing else - on their radar. He'd be a coach I'd want if we were to release Shanny. For the next coach, I'd like to not have a retread; I'd rather have a young up and comer.
Are they grooming AJ Smith to take over for Allen, assuming bruce is given another job in the front office? |

If we were to move on, I couldnt think of a better choice. Experience on all levels. SS, make this happen!

And the team that crumbled on his watch too.
Keep him away from contract negotiations. We need Bruce Allen around in some regard. |

As for Smith, personally I think yes. More importantly, even if it's not Smith, I do think Allen is sooner than later moving onto another more business/operations related position in the FO

Jim Harbaugh connection? No, has nothing to do with any of it

I know who I don't want as Special Teams coach - Burns must go.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
I am not sure who the next coach should be right now. I am still processing the fact that I think there should be one. I was a diehard Shanny supporter since day 1. That all ended on Thursday. I am done. Three and a half years later we still have the same issues. Terrible defense, terrible special teams, lack of discipline. When does anyone get held accountable? How is Haslet still the DC on this team? Is there anyone here that did not know that the viks were coming back when we took the 13 point lead. It's Groundhog Day in DC and if Shanny won't hold anyone accountable then it's finally time to make HIM accountable.
Intrigued more by Shaw then Briles right now. Briles just seems like the obvious perfect fit and that is what scares me. His age concerns me also...I would like the next coach to spend a decade with Griffin not just a few years.
