I'm glad there aren't many "experienced" HC out there to confuse this search. I want a young guy that Our young talent can relate to, will listen to, and will play their hearts out for. I want a guy that will get creative and adjust game plans and schemes based on circumstance and available talent. I want someone with those intangible leadership skills, someone with "it". I don't know what "it" is, but I think that is really what matters when choosing a HC when the "experienced" pool is running dry or not what your looking for. I hope Bruce knows what "it" looks like, and that he finds someone who has it.
Anyways, chill out, these are only the first few interviews. I have a feeling I ought to watch the playoffs this year (usually don't care if it isn't Skins), chances are that's where our future coach is.

I really like what McDermott's players had to say about him.
