Madden was the LB Coach back in 1967 and helped the Raiders to 13-1 record and a SB appearance. He then took over as HC in 1968 at the age of 32.

Parcells was a nobody before he got the job. I wouldn't have hired him and I certain would have fired him after his first season. The only redeeming quality he has is that he was able to learn on the job. There are exceptions to every rule, I just don't believe Jay Gruden has what it takes to be an exception and I would not take a chance on people who could be exceptional.


Jay Gruden is a firm NO HIRE for me.
