There is one NFL team that I know of that seems to be interested in moving to London and that is Jax. They have gone over multiple times.

I don't know. When the previous owner sold the team he was pretty big on receiving assurances from potential buyers that the team would not be moved.

Jacksonville Jaguars owner rebuffed sales pitch from Los Angeles groups - ESPN Los Angeles

Jaguars owner Wayne Weaver announced Tuesday he had sold the team to Shahid Khan, an Illinois-based businessman from Pakistan who unsuccessfully tried to buy the St. Louis Rams last season.

Weaver had been approached by Philip Anschutz and Ed Roski in the past but refused to sell his team to the two men spearheading the NFL's return to Los Angeles. Weaver was only willing to sell the team to someone committed to keeping the team in Jacksonville and he believes Khan is that man.

Then again it doesn't seem like there was anything in writing so who knows.
