I would be tempted to let them both walk. We need youth and speed. Jackson hasn't done much to justify a big pay day, but he might just want to leave.

Garcon is one of my favorite players and he'll be less expensive than he is this year, I hope we keep him, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were both gone.
