Not saying they didn't low ball him and I'm also not blaming Cousins either for not resigning. Cousins is a little above average - not a superstar but can manage a game and not lose for you if he has the right pieces around him (and a healthy o-line). Reality is he should have been resigned when Scot wanted to resign him but Allen and Snyder didn't want to do it then. This mess is all on them. Now they need to make an fair offer he can't refuse and won't hinder the team from added pieces to achieve the goal we all want - Lombardi Trophy....
