I like leaders with real FIRE and who are masters at motivating their people and who work hard to get the most out of every single player. How many times did we see the Redskins come out super flat in a ”must win” game. How many games in the last 6 years did we see the team come out after the half and do poorly?? This team will get far better EVEN WITH THE SAME PLAYERS, just with proper leadership, increased motivation and far better coaching, instruction and discipline.

Agreed, for the sake of curiosity, part of me would want to see the exact same defensive roster come back and play under the new coaching staff, to see the difference. (And of course the smart part of me knows our secondary needs improvement).
