At some point you can't keep giving DH these excuses... Justin Herbert came in on the fly today (wasn't expected to play at all) and had more of an impact that DH has ever had. I'm holding out hope but it looks like Dwayne isn't the guy

I see your point, but the Chargers have better and established skilled players (Allen/Hunter Henry/Ekeler).
