And I hear the argument for giving your team the best chance vs establishing culture. But there is a benefit/risk balance to be found in this decision IMO. And if there was any indication during the week that this was the kind of performance he could put out, then the balance shifts towards make a culture statement, because anyway he's not giving us that big of an upside right now.
