The slow starts appeared largely due to not sustaining drives and giving the D a rest and/or turning the ball over in bad positions. If this OL is improved, rejuvenated and can control the clock better, then that in turn should help the D play better too. There's also the psychological factor of the D not feeling like they have to bail the O out all the time and win games for them.

Consistency from the QB will be critical. Scott Turner will need to be better prepared also. I think our opening drives yielded 1 score? That won't cut it. Who here doesn't believe that if the WFT can get ahead early our defense can go into lockdown mode?
