I don't get what people see in Ridder as a 1st rounder. He is way too hot and cold from the limited games I have seen. He just isn't the pure accurate thrower like Bruce Young is. But I don't care, if they like him then draft him, coach him up, grind on his footwork and get him right. We have got to get one of these QB's. But what worries me is do we even have the right people to evaluate a QB. I don't really trust Ron in that department.

I like Ridder, but I think he is a project than a plug in play. It’s just that kind of year in the draft for QB.

The more I read, I think the only guy I’m hearing who is truly most NFL ready is the guy from Pitt.
