"Believe it when I see it" is a smart stance to have on this whole story. But an NFL owner namely saying this on record is still a significant development IMO.
Not saying "this is it" nor "no way he survives this", but this is still a step in the right direction.
Determining how big of a step, and wether or not other steps will follow, is the 64 trillions dollars question.
