Not surprising you listen to the trump back media . You ignored the question which I'll repeat. Is the ex President above the law? Maybe you can give me a grown up response this time?

Lawyer says there is ‘substantial documentation’ to back up Cohen’s testimony
Attorney Lanny Davis mentioned Karen McDougal in addition to Stormy Daniels.

There is “substantial documentation” to corroborate Michael Cohen’s testimony in the case being brought against former President Donald Trump over hush money Cohen paid, lawyer Lanny Davis said Sunday.

Davis also said that material pertains not only to payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels but a second woman as well, Karen McDougal. She is a former Playboy model who also claims to have had an affair with Trump, who denies affairs with both women.
“Michael Cohen submitted a lot of documentation not only to this group of prosecutors but to the earlier group. And there are other documents from other people and other testimony from other people, some of it direct, involving conversations with Mr. Trump concerning the Karen McDougal crime,” Davis said when asked by CNN’s Dana Bash if there were documents backing up Cohen’s testimony in the case for which Trump has been indicted.

“And so the answer is substantial documentation,” Davis said on “State of the Union.”

Welcome to the the Trumpette Club!!! It's not very exclusive, just disagree with G1 once, on any subject, and you're in. It even crosses party lines here. BMore is in the club too. Actually, the Trumpette Club is the most unifying non-football group we have.

You can hate Trump, and still join:

Re: trump the Criminal

Unfortunately, no surprise charges that would have warranted Bragg's actions. Dan Abrams predicted all these charges will be thrown out as he doesn't believe Federal Judges will buy off on State courts using Federal statutes. He believes this will help Trump secure the GOP nomination (but not help him in the general).

My view is the later (Trump as the nominee) will ensure that Biden will be re-elected.

Trump lawyers blast DA Alvin Bragg's case, but legal experts say they'll regret it. Here's why

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...g/11598646002/

Donald Trump’s defense lawyers blasted Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s hush-money case on Tuesday, saying it lacks the kind of convincing detail he’ll need for a slam-dunk prosecution against the first-ever former president to face criminal prosecution.

A number of legal experts and former prosecutors, however, said Bragg was smart to leave out critical details of his case in order to gain competitive advantage over Trump’s aggressive team of lawyers and political influencers.

The indictment handed up by a Manhattan grand jury accuses Trump of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records as part of a scheme to prevent stories about Trump’s alleged affairs with two women from going public in the waning days of the 2016 presidential campaign.

That included paying $280,000 as part of a “catch-and-kill” campaign to silence adult film actress, Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal from telling their stories and hurting Trump's election chances.

Another $30,000 was paid to a former Trump Tower doorman who was trying to sell information "regarding a child that the Defendant had allegedly fathered out of wedlock," according to a statement of facts that accompanied the indictment.
