Why should EB agree to anything just to keep his job as the OC here? He didn't come here to be the permanent OC in Washington. He came here to prove himself as a HC candidate. If Ron is fired and EB is passed over as the new HC, I think he'll leave.

then it would be up to the team if EB leaves or not if they do not make him the head coach . . . EB can quit, but would be giving up all that $$$. he won't do that, so either he is fired, or the commanders can choose what he is coaching
