Yes and No.

Pros: team has a established QB and offensive weapons (K. Allen Ekeler, etc.,. etc.). They also have key players in the defense (Bosa, etc., etc.).

Cons: tough division, win-now expectations, coach/GM will need to work with existing roster/players.
