The DL is so fucking overrated, it's not even funny. Allen can keep his fucking mouth shut all season. All he does is talks. But 90% of the games, we barely even hear his name. I'm glad we drafted Newton. If our defense looks anything like this all season, I'm trading Allen during the season and trading Payne in the off-season. Start fresh with Newton/Mathis and anyone else you draft or sign.

And let's stop acting like Bucs were elite super bowl contenders last year. they were 9-8. We got our asses whipped by a decent to pretty good team. It was an embarrassing effort.

I blame DQ and the front office for not seriously addressing CB in the off season. Unacceptable that they went into Week 1 with those two as our starting CB’s.
