Divisional round 1/14-1/15
For the bold and extremely confident that want to get an advantage on planning for the divisiional round the Redskins would play Seattle on Saturdday January 14, 2005 at 4:30 P.M. This is a guaranteed starting time if we beat the Bucs on Saturday.
There are still plenty of reasonable flights to Seattle for that weekend available now and wanted to give everybody the heads up if they were planning for a trip to Seattle. Tickets seem to be selling at reasonable prices now too for that game. Go Skins!! |

I'm gonna miss at least part of the divisional round, if not all of it. This will be the first game i'd miss in like 3 years. Of course its a playoff game...

Re: Divisional round 1/14-1/15
I already got my tickets! I'll be in Section 309 Row II (if I can't find better seats). If anyone make it out here let me know. It'd be nice to put faces to fellow Warpathers. Plus, if you don't know anyone in Seattle or have never been it doesn't hurt to have a fellow Redskins fan around.
p.s. Everyone should come, the more fans the better. I'll even shuttle you lot to and from the airport ![]() Last edited by saden1; 01-03-2006 at 11:14 PM. |

Trying to give everybody the heads up and I think our road crowd in Tampa will be pretty big this weekend. If we get to seattle it would be great to have a huge Redskins crowd out there. |

Re: Divisional round 1/14-1/15
I do indeed live in Seattle...nice city, not really that big of a Football town, well until the Hawks started winning. We have plenty of local Skins fans here, but we could use some more for the playoffs

So are the people really fired up out there? Probably nowhere near as fired up as Washington is right now. |

Re: Divisional round 1/14-1/15
Dude, there are about 15 of us Skins fans that go to the same bar every season. I've been going there for the last 4 seasons and I am considered a new comer. Some of those guys have been going there for the last 10-15 years. Not only that but we have a section reserved for the Redskins games at the bar, we do a touchdown celebration every time the Skins score much to the dismay of all the other fans in there. And one of the guys has more Skins hats than you can ever imagine. I think he is currently sitting on 220 Skins hats going back 60 years. This weekend we're all going to his house to watch the Game.
Fanatics? Whose more fanatical, a fan who gets to watch Skins games from the comfort of his home in the DC area or a fan that drives 32 miles to and from a sports bar to watch the Skins play? Saying I (we) are pumped is an understatement. |

One of my cousins lives in the Seattle area and is a pretty big Redskins fan originally from the Washington area. I'll have to check and see where he watches Skins games in Seattle. |

Re: Divisional round 1/14-1/15
So how will this work? If the Skins win they will play Seattle, but if the Bucs win(heaven forbid!!) the Bucs go to Chicago right?
