I always felt he never got enough credit for how good of a coach he is winning a college title and NFL. He's got a ton of experience and good defensively. Seattle just wanted a change when they parted ways. I do have respect for guys in their 70s like Belichick and Carroll that refuse to retire and love the game too much so choose to coach.
