I too enjoy cooking beforee the games and most times have a few folks over.

I like to slow cook or Carolina BBQ style with Hickory and do Pork Butts, Ribs, Whole Chickens, Cut up Chickens, Whole Turkeys and well...you name it.

Next time ya make some Wangs try this. Cur the meat down at the bottom of the Wang Drum and push all the meat up to the top and wrap it with bacon like a Lollipop. Called Cackalacky Lollipops and they are awesome.
Here's some almost done.


I got a Turkey Fryer for Christmas and have been dipping Chickens and did wings for the first time in it last week.

man I'll have to try that do you use any sause on them when there cooking or after their done? Last week I cooked a 5lb brisket for the first time and it was awesome.
