:vomit:
B/c Lenny P's reported the Redskins are going to get him. And even though I don' t like him, he did call the Jason Campbell trade up about 2 days before it happened. And it just so happens that Lenny hates the Redskins just enough to try and call em out on any move they make before they make it.

Clark will never be a pro bowler or big star, but his work ethic, guts, and hard-nosed style of play make him a classic Gibbs kind of guy. He reminds me a little of another undersized safety, a former Redskin named Alvin Walton.

Don't really see that comparison? Exact opposties if you ask me. Waltons big attribute was hitting, Clarks is covering.

Re: Predict our first major player acquisition

Actually I've always thought Clark's strength was his hitting over coverage... here's his Scouts Inc. bio

Quote:
Comment:
Clark is a very active strong safety. He is always around the ball or near the action. He is best versus the run. He has the ability to key and diagnose the run and seems instinctive when locating the ball. He is good on run support both outside and inside. However, Clark is a better run stopper than a pass defender. He does not have overall speed and quickness. He lacks change of direction and body control. He is stiff in the hips and does not have a smooth transition or ease of movement and he is not fluid on his back pedal. He lacks catch up speed coming out of his breaks. He is a much better player in zone coverage than in man coverage.

#56fanatic, it's not about agreeing with me. It's that your argument flat out made no sense. You said Bruce was too old and on the downside of his career, yet advocated for Moulds even though he's only one year younger. You said Bruce was small, but he's friggin 6 feet tall. It's not about agreeing with me, it's about forming a coherent argument. You come on the board all the time with knowledge that you think is right, and you don't even check your facts. It bothers the heck out of me. And until you stop doing it, I'm going to roundhouse kick you all over these message boards.
blah blah blah. didnt I say I stand corrected with the age thing buddy! And the reason I would go for Moulds is his size. Like I said we have to smaller recievers and need a bigger one. That is not to say I jump all over him because he is a FA. If I had to choose between the two, that is who I would take. And in todays NFL 6ft 180 to 190 is not concidered big, average, not big. Big is 6-2 to 6-4 220. Owens, burress, walker, clayton, curry, muhammed ect. You can disagree like a mature person or an idiot, seems to me you always take the idiot route. Like I said, what fact or research do you want me to do? what facts am I to check. I was a year off with the age. thats something to freak out about! You are truely annoying with your comments when someone has a different point of view. I dont attack people, or say they are incoherent, that is just f***ing stupid. grow up act like a mature adult and let people have their opinions or statements. You make this a totally un enjoyable site with all your bull shit remarks and "I'll roundhouse kick your ass all over this site" please!

Just my feeling. thats why. why do you think we dont? I like big targets, especially when we are inside the 20 or 10.

heres how i feel on that. we had an exceptionally high red zone TD percentage without throwing ANY jump balls. i DO agree that we need soemone to go across the middle who can handle a hit. whether theyre big or not i dont care. i just want someone tough.

I think that inside the red zone we have big targets like Sellers and Cooley. I don't think the first thing I'd be looking at when looking at a WR to line up opposite Moss is a guy with size. I mean I don't think for example that a 6'5 Brian Finneran is the better choice over a 6'0" Brandon Lloyd simply because he's the bigger receiver.

Obviously, I didn't say lets go get a guy off the street that is 6-2 and over. you are twisting my words. This all started w/ why I would choose a 33 year Moulds or a 34 year bruce. I would choose Moulds because of size. Damn, what the hell is wrong w/ that. why is it a continous subject of conversation? Can I have an opinion? I really dont care what you say or who you want, this is my opinion I am entitled to say I like this person over that person. just as you are.

Lighten up man, TAFKAS was just sharing his opinion and obviously your opinions don't agree... no big deal.
