I think he could technically be the "starting TE" depending on the starting formation. If you go 2 WR, 5 OL, 1 TE, 1 HB, 1 TB, 1 QB.....then he's a "starter". Basically, Cooley takes the place of the starting FB that most teams go with.......so that opens up another TE spot. __________________ "Hail to the Redskins!" and "Fight on State!"
