I went to lake george once. I was really young, maybe 9 or 10. At that time I lived in Ohio, I was spending the summer here in DC with my uncle and he took my cousins and I along with my second cousins and their parents up to lake george. I was having a good old time and we rented out a boat. It was a fast cool boat and I got to drive it for a bit. Then I went on the boat with me and 3 of my uncles. We jumped into the water and then came back in. The decided they wanted to see how fast the boat could go and went really fast for like 4 or 5 minutes. After a while we slowed down and were going to an area with cones. We thought we were to stay on the outside of the cones but then we found out we were supposed to stay on the inside. The reason the cones were there was because it was really really shallow, shallow enough to mess up the propelers on the boat. It took us forever to get back because the boat was going like 1 mile per hour. We got back and the guy was pissed because they just bought the engine or something and we messed it up and we also paid the $5 insurance.
