Best - Microsoft Xbox
Worst - Wachovia M$soft - their online service support team is second to none. I had some issues with my new x360 and within 4 days had a new one. They did me right so I think they are the best. I have Bank of America as well and they were a close second. Wachovia - screw those idiots. I had a student loan with them and paid it off several years ago. Went to apply for mortgage and they showed the loan in default...took 30 days to get it cleared up...fucking idiots.
