In the NBA, Portland signs all the druggies.

In the NFL, the Raiders sign all the sociopaths.

In college football, Florida State signs all the ... well they call them the Criminoles.

In college basketball, Cincinnati signs all the MENSA members.

So what's the big deal with the Skins signing all the tight ends? It could be a whole lot worse. They could be out signing Bruce Smith for an encore performance.
