How bad is our defense?

The defense was awful. We couldn't stop the run. We couldn't stop the pass. We couldn't hit the quarterback. We couldn't tackle the ball carriers. We couldn't stop them on 3rd down.

Carlos Rogers is shaping up to be nickel-back. Certainly wasn't worth the 9th overall pick when Merriman, Ware, etc. were on the board. Archuleta was overpaid. Our secondary is just flat out awful and our defensive line is as bad.

These guys better turn things around fast. A 2-3 start can be overcome, but a 0-2 divisional record is a recipe for disaster, especially in this division.
