Dude, THIS SUCKS!!!! I can't believe Jansen went down. I gotta pray to the football gods tonight that he somehow heals up. This would be a major blow to the team, especially if Brunnel was QB (who on earth would block his blind-side). Man, I am going to have some rotten dreams tonight...

My bet is he's gone for the season. My dad ruptured his achilles, and it did not really hurt, but he could not stand up. Looked like that's what happened here. This is a huge blow. One of the best o linesman, and a leader and captain. Our only hope is that there's enough time to pick up a replacement and to rebuild the line in preseason. Buges really has his work cut out for him now.

Any achilles injury is a bad one. This is a bad break.

Why do these things always have to be season ending? Why must it happen to our best friggin offensive lineman? Why couldn't it have been just something minor, maybe out only 4-6 weeks or something?

SON OF A B#@$*!!!!!!!!

ok, still trying to cool down. Does Jevon Kearse play on the left or right side? What about Michael Strah....oh yeah... he lines up against the right tackle. Wonderful...

Oh well. We must move on. Jim Molinaro, Marc Wilson, Brandon Winey, Kenyatta Jones simply have to step up. If there's one coaching staff out there who can squeeze talent out of the less talented, it's Gibbs, Bugel & Co.
