1) bc he's learning a new system
2) bc he's got happy feet and afraid of a hit - so he checks down too often 3) he's on the down side of his career (old) 4) bc he can no longer win games 5) bc unless his feet are set, with nobody within an 8ft diameter, and his reciever has carlos rogers defending him, he doesn't hit people open for longer than 15 yards.
