Joe Gibbs is not who we should be blaming, he should be the LAST one we point the finger at. He's done a great job, as he started with a vey mediocre team, and got us to the playoffs last year. this year, things didnt go so well, but i have full faith that Joe Gibbs is able to turn the team around. right now what we need is, well, a team.
