Don't you think if he's that valuable they'll find the money? And if Fletcher hates it in Buffalo to the point that no amount of money will satisfy him, would he come here for less?

To your second point I don't know. To your first I believe the Bills are something like $30 million under the cap but they have chosen a philosophy that doesn't necessarily mean spending money, even if they have it.

From what I understand, closes source to Fletcher are now saying that the Buffalo Bills are the #1 team likley to sign Fletcher, with the Redskins in at 2nd, and the reports of the Skins' having Fletcher done already are flawed. I've heard that from a few Bills sites and read it on the always reliable PFT.
