Adjusment of expectations = knowing that not everyone can have the same stuff in life. Including the same healthcare. That's sucks and yes I guess someone gets 'screwed'. But getting 'screwed' infers that everyone is entitled to the same thing. Is everyone entitled to the same healthcare?
