Favorite Hot Sauce?

Has anyone ever been to Pepper's in Key West?

They had a hot sauce bar there, and I consider myself an aficionado of hot sauce and honestly, about halfway through the taste test, the guy puts on a glove and starts letting me sample them on a toothpick. There was one sauce that is 10,000 times hotter than police grade pepper spray. It like made my throat close up and my pupils dilate.

I have this one at home, and I can put a splash of it in a HUGE pot of chili and it seriously will burn for hours.
