A hangover is basically low blood sugar, dehydration, and vitamin deficiency. You can knock most of them out by slamming down one of those bad boys before you go to bed.

I'm not saying I wake up and everything is puppies and rainbows, but I usually feel a lot better than I would without it.

I'm a big proponent of the Gatorade hangover remedy as well...that and chocolate milk actually

I've heard Pedialyte is good too, never tried it, though.

I don't imagine chocolate milk would work very well for me, though, I occasionally get the upset stomach with my hangovers. Thumbs down on the chocolate milk for me...
