Tampa never figured out what Washington was doing on those Blitz packages. NY is worse then Tampa is at stopping the Blitz. So I'd watch the game film from last week on NY & prepare to attack their weaknesses!
Toomer is good, but when you have no time to read the D & make an accurate throw you lose :FIREdevil I'm predicting the Skins will be 2 - 0 winning the game 27 - 10.

Thanks ill, that is a good idea. And Matty, thanks for considering it.
1. No doubt NY's WR's are better. But - both QB's are gonna get flustered by a pressure defense and, as one Skin said, it's all about disguising the pressure. Whether it's safeties, corners or LB's - the blitzes need to be disguised and the remaining defenders disciplined. Neither, I think will be a problem for the defense. 2. As for the Offense, this will not be TBays defense. The DB's and LB's are simply not as good. The defense as a whole doesn't pursue like TBays (few do). I think this is a great 2nd game for the Skins. The Gints appear to be a below average team with some good and some bad qualities. TBay's team was so lopsided (all D no O) that the Skins can use the Gints to see how they fair against mediocre O and D. I see a similar game plan for both sides of the ball but with more success on O. |
