Technically, it was a little after 8:45. So there! LOL.
This is also why I don't lose weight. You're not supposed to eat after 6.

I don't think it's a myth at all. It's proven that your metabolism slows down at night. So I guess it's OK if you normally go to sleep at 3 in the morning to east at 11pm. LOL.
