If there is no local sports bar that can get NFL games, talk to the Marines stationed at the American Embassy. They usually have a hangout or might know of a place that transmits the games. When I lived over seas that is how I got to watch the games. They used to at least transmit the playoff games on a Armed Forces TV station. But that was a long time ago and I am not sure if they still do that.
