They could be working out how much involvement GW would have in personnel matters, who they are going to keep on the coaching staff as well as finding potential replacements. I'd imagine there could be a ton of stuff to work through. Since getting burned by Spurrier Snyder has taken on a meticulous and careful approach to finding new coaches and this seems to fall in line with that.

I just don't see why the would continue to meet if Williams wasn't a serious candidate.

I'm not saying GW isnt a serious candidate, he is. I am saying that something in DS's gut is telling him GW isnt the guy and he keeps having these meetings trying to convince himself otherwise.

I agree.....Plus it could be that Snyder is also thinking long term in the event he does hand the reins to Williams. He could be building bridges to the future in the event things do not work out for Williams. If he does get the job I'm interested in seeing the length of the contract. I'm sure Snyder will make the right decision, and he's taking this vacant opportunity to gather as much information as possible for future reference.
