The media definitely looks to sites like this to gauge the pulse of the fans, and in this case I think they might be using this as fuel to add to their fire. Not to mention that since very little regarding the interview process is being leaked to the media they need some other angle (fan perspective) to write something about. Plenty of people have said that coaching the Redskins is a very enticing opportunity. It's a great non-Super Bowl story and the Redskins' oligarchy are not forthwith in supplying information about it. I like the long, careful process to getting the best possible candidate through these doors. Personally I could care less if any or all of the players want a particular guy. They are professionals and they'll play for whoever we get. Most may want GW, but really, don't most people want to stay with what's familiar? Once the new guy, be it GW or anyone else, gets here the players will buckle down and get back to business.
