I have to agree, Dockery is not very good. He is slow and makes many mental mistakes. But what is most dissapointing about Dockery is he soft.
For a man as big and strong as he is, he does not posses the killer instinct to level someone. In the years he has been here can you remember a single time when he has been shown on replay making pancake block? No.
Plus Ramsey and Cooley have not proven to be consistently good. They flash in spurts. They are not going to go to another team and make a diffrence enough to take another team to the playoffs or superbowl. They are not that good just yet.
