Again, a well written article but like Krills mentioned I also think that Gibbs's offense will make a turn after the bye week. We all know that the offensive plays were scaled back because of players lining up in the wrong positions and not truly understanding what Gibbs was trying to accomplish. You mentioned Brunell's poor play, but maybe it would have been good to mention his hamstring injuries that have obviously affected his ability to plant his feet and make the throws. I don't think Brunell's skills have diminished. It's more like he's playing through an injury. I'm glad for the bye week and I hope Brunell returns to his form.
