we have at least two proven DBs that can help him, and Hall is good enough to where he does not have to be developed all that much.

That is true Hall has no good safety help in ATL and with LaRon playing center field will allow Hall to play more aggressive at the line and put his hands on receivers like he does Steve Smith.
