Yep, I only deal in sugar free energy drinks...no need for the extra sugar and calories.

I've been drinking Diet Turbo Tea as well (http://www.americanbodybuilding.com/...dietturbo.php). Less caffeine, but no sugar or calories. It's like drinking a bottle of your favorite store brand Iced Tea, just with more caffeine. You can get them at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc, and they're cheaper than most energy drinks on the market ($1.79).

Gatorade = too many carbs for my taste.

Whenever I'm drinking I try to drink just water for the last hour or two of the evening. Then I fill up a huge container of water to keep next to my bed, whenever I wake up I pound as much as I can, and generally by the time I get up I don't feel so bad.

Usually by dinner time is when I need that Red Bull to get me through the rest of the day.

I've heard Pedialyte is good too, never tried it, though.

I don't imagine chocolate milk would work very well for me, though, I occasionally get the upset stomach with my hangovers. Thumbs down on the chocolate milk for me...

I took some ritalin the other night for the first time to see if it would work because a lot of people use it. I hear aderall is much better but the person didn't have any at the time. Regardless, ritalin wored great because it kept me awake and made me study. I didn't study faster but I wanted to study and actually enjoyed it.

1) Aderall is nuts. You can read a whole text book and remember it. At least as far as I hear.

2) For a hangover. Cold V8 juice and beef jerky, namely wild bills. I know it sounds strange, but you're cured literally within seconds of eating/drinking.

I'm on adderall right now. I wanted to read this book. I sorta got side tracked and didn't read as much as i wanted. Its an astronomy class so the pictures were interesting so i just started staring at them and focusing on other things. the test is monday so i don't really have to worry so much. I got back on track and it is working pretty well. I never tried this or ritalin before this past week, but i have done both now.

I feel like a different person than i normally do and i feel weird writing even this. really nonchalant right now... I don't think that is what it is 'supposed' to do. Whatever, after this week of finals i won't do it for another 4 months at the least but honestly i don't think i'll do it more than 2-3 times a semester ever. Basically only when i really need to. -> f... finals. Also i feel like I am a moral person but have my own set of morals (different than most people's, i feel) and this sorta feels like cheating to me. I might not do it for these finals but i have to think about it a bit and determine if it is immoral. I mean, caffeine has the same effect but at a lesser extent and just makes you hyper. But caffeine is not a prescription drug and I am not diagnosed with ADD so it sorta like cheating. I don't know; I'll think about it. This adderall sure is making me think about it though.


As for hangovers, i really don't get them that much. I really don't get why but I'll blackout and sometimes even puke and not feel a hangover the next day whereas i have to listen to people complain about theirs.

Finals at maryland don't start till Saturday so I have time to get back on track. Today was going to be my fun day though. Now i am going to spend it sleeping when this shit wears off.

How much did you take? I am prescribed and I'll admit that sometimes I don't know whether or not I'm focusing, or just tripping...

The stuff is great though. It really helps you stay focused.
