Redskins_P Fight for old DC! Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Aldie, VA Age: 47 Posts: 4,101	I have to congratulate the Red Sox. They made history this year, and they deserved to win it. Heres the reason why they won it....4 pitchers (Schilling, Pedro, Foulke, and Lowe) all only gave up 4 ER's in 28 innings in the WS against probably the best lineup in baseball. Just goes to show that the key to winning a WS is all about the pitching. Just like in Football, defense wins championships.
