tax cuts doesn't work. this has already been proven. most of the major players in oil all enjoy massive tax brakes now, for research and development. how is that working out?

Say for every dollar netted they get a 15 cent CREDIT on their corporate taxes over the next 20 years with a 1 cent a year phase out over the next 15 after that. That gives them time to do the research, build the infrastructure and let the current oil based infrastructure waste away. It builds a new energy solution rather than legislates it which would hopefully make it stronger and ultimately more consumer based in the long run. |
