If the coaches decided we needed a second TE--which I take it we do in the WC offense--then this is a good pick. Now we really do have two threats from that position, and you can't just key on Cooley.

Hope his blocking develops.

You know I've heard and seen different things on his blocking ability. This kid lined up at full back a lot for USC and runs like a running back. So I don't think the knock on him is that he CAN'T block, but it could use some work at the NFL level.
