If you don't, you're gone for 6+ months. Of course, I'm not the only mod here so someone else may not be so kind and just decide to ban you outright right now.

That's not what I said. My beef is with the Republican party platform, domestic and foreign policy, its leadership in congress and the current administration. I ain't got nothing against you.
