Doesn't it make sense to anyone else that they release the old guy that is going to be replaced by the new guy who is replacing him?

Also, Tryon is a first year corner who may have potential. Remember that this is the first year Rogers has looked good, even though he was a first round pick a couple of years ago. I'm sure that if Jerry Grey thought Torrence was that important he would have made sure they released someone else. Just try to keep "4th corner" in perspective guys.
