It took him awhile, but yeah I believe he's on the plus side of .500 for his career.

Notice that he didn't really start winning until he gave the offense over to Whisenhunt who likes to mix things up and go for the jugular.

I'm not his biggest fan.

You're not hiring the 1992 defensive coordinator who is full of energy and excitment. You're hiring the guy who has spent the last two seasons in the studio, doing pretty lazy game analysis and would only consider coaching the Redskins if we gave him way more money than he's worth. That's who you want as our coach?
